Chipotle Mexican Grill, 883 Vann Drive, is scheduled to open September 23.

Business hours will be 10:45 a.m. to 10 p.m., Monday through Sunday.

Chipotle is a fast-food chain which offers Mexican fare, including design-your-own burritos, tacos and bowls.

Chipotle Mexican Grill restaurants are mostly company-owned and are no longer being offered as a franchise. While a few franchises were sold, Chipotle’s franchising plan has changed.

The average size of a Chipotle restaurant is 2,200 and 2,500 square feet.

The building was home to Steak ‘n Shake.
