Town & Country REALTORS is pleased to announce the addition of Torrey Greer to the team.
According to a press release from Lyndsay Best – a Digital Solutionist with B3 Creative Agency – Torrey is a native of Lexington and Jackson, and comes to Town & Country with a diverse background in both interior design and cosmetology.
“I chose a career in real estate out of my love of design,” Torrey said. “I love homes, and I love helping people have a great experience in the real estate process.”
Before coming to real estate, Torrey’s background in design and cosmetology took him far and wide.
Previously, he was a national educator for John Paul Mitchell Systems as well as the chief executive of Bella Mélange.
He also enjoyed time as one of the stylists for the Tennessee Titans cheerleaders.
Over the years, he developed his gift for designing homes and looks forward to bringing those talents to his real estate career.
“Good design can be crucial in selling properties,” he said. “If you’re flipping a house or selling your own, quality design is that best-foot-forward that might just seal the deal.”
In his personal life, Torrey is highly involved in both the city of Jackson and its education. He is a member of Jackson’s Blue Strong, a campaign that celebrates the hard work and sacrifices of Jackson’s first responders, and he is an advocate for community service projects.
He is also a board member of Hands Up! Preschool and, as the father of two boys (Josiah and Jeremiah), is very active in school activities such as PTO. He takes great pride in motivating young people to achieve great things and to pursue the value of hard work.
“I have been so deeply connected to Jackson for more than 20 years,” he said. “I’m passionate about its growth and its development, and I’m excited to begin this next phase of my professional career at a company that also cares deeply for the city we all call home.”
