Experienced senior care leader brings decades of healthcare expertise and a passion for person-centered care to new role
Jackson, Tennessee – Leslee Bibb, owner of Comfort Keepers of Jackson proudly announces the promotion of Ryan Myracle, MSSW, LAPSW, LNHA, to General Manager. With more than 20 years of leadership experience in senior care, healthcare administration, and person-centered services, Ryan brings a strong commitment to excellence, compassion, and community engagement to the organization.
Since joining Comfort Keepers of Jackson as Client Care Manager in January 2025, Ryan has directed client care coordination, conducted in-home assessments, developed individualized care plans, ensured compliance, and strengthened partnerships with healthcare providers and community organizations throughout Madison County and surrounding service areas.
Prior to joining Comfort Keepers of Jackson, Ryan held executive leadership roles in skilled nursing and long-term care settings, including serving as Administrator of licensed nursing facilities and leading quality-of-life and culture initiatives across multi-state healthcare organizations. His background also includes behavioral health leadership, corporate training and development, and mentoring healthcare teams in delivering person-centered care.
A Licensed Advanced Practice Social Worker (LAPSW) and Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in the State of Tennessee, Myracle holds a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center and a Bachelor of Social Work from Freed-Hardeman University. He has long been recognized for his leadership in culture change, dementia care, and team development within senior services.
“As General Manager, my goal is to ensure that every client we serve experiences dignity, independence, and compassionate support in the comfort of their own home,” said Myracle. “I am honored to lead a dedicated team that is deeply committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and their families across our service area.”
