Question: First, a little background information. Where are you originally from, family and education?
Answer: I’m originally from Selmer but have been in Jackson for 30 years. I graduated high school at McNairy Central in 1986. I spent several years in the United States Air Force. I traveled all over the Pacific as well as all over the United States.
Question: You own Alive IV Hydration Drip Spa at 79 Federal Drive. Tell us how you became interested in this concept?
Answer: I am the Co-owner of Alive Hydration Drip Spa at 79 Federal Drive in Jackson. I got into the Hydration business because I had a Drip done in Dallas, Texas in 2020 at a Veteran’s Event and it helped me feel so good, and I reached out to the owner of the company who gave us the infusion and he got me involved with his business operations.
We talked to a doctor and nurse practitioner and got them involved.
Question: This concept is new to the Jackson area. Would you define Alive IV Hydration?
Answer: The concept is new to Jackson, but not new to bigger cities or major markets. We are the first and only Hydration Spa in Jackson that solely does Hydration or Inter Muscular Shots.
We’ve been in business since April 1, 2022. We don’t do Botox or Fillers. We only concentrate on Hydration needs or IM Boost shots for our Clients that don’t have the time for a IV Infusion. Our Motto or Slogan is “Making you Feel Alive Again.”
We do that by putting our clients in a FULL BODY Massage Chair tp relax them during the IV part. I believe that Jackson and West Tennessee is certainly catching on to what we’re offering at Alive Hydration. Our business is growing weekly.
Question: What are the services offered; how many ‘drips’ are offered and what are the nutritional value of the drips?
Answer: At Alive we offer 15 drips depending on the symptoms of the Client. We offer things like the Famous Myers Cocktail which is the ‘Godfather of all Drips’ and was created by Dr. John Myers to treat patience with digestive issues to get treated with a Alternative to Traditional Medicine.
We also carry things such as High Dose Vitamin C drip to kill unwanted bad cells in the bloodstream, as well as our latest drip the ‘POST COVID DRIP’ to help our clients with chronic fatigue and brain fog as well as long haulers symptoms.
Everything we offer are vitamins and minerals and GO directly in the Bloodstream and bypasses the Digestive tract where up to 60 percent is lost if taken orally.
Question: It seems as though IV Nutritional Therapy is growing. What would you attribute to the popularity?
Answer: We feel like the industry is definitely taking off because of the fact that it is an alternative to traditional medicine and has zero bad long term effects on our clients.
We also believe because it goes right into the bloodstream is has better results and works quicker that things taken orally.
