Activity you may have noticed at the corner of West Forest Avenue and Lambuth Boulevard is Jackson Energy Authority adding a circuit connection to the substation on Roland Avenue.

The boring will increase the utilization of the substation in the area – including Lambuth Boulevard – which will better balance the utility load among the JEA substations serving the entire hospital and Lambuth region.
