Bemis Square, 1320 South Highland Avenue, has been sold for the second time since July 2021.
DPP Properties LLC MH40 Properties LLC sold the shopping center that was once home to Kroger and Walmart to Pango Highland View LLC, for $6,300,000.
Tenants include Goodwill Industries, Cowboy Jim’s, Bargain Dave’s Wholesale & Retail, Greater Life Chapel and Maples Merchandise.
DPP Properties LLC, MH40 Properties LLC purchased the 130,310-square-foot facility in July 2021 from LBD Properties LLC for $6,189,000.
