According to the resolution, pornography is making men less interested in marrying, and more millennials are exposed to porn at puberty, and “children and youth are exposed to pornography that often times serves as their sex education and shapes their sexual templates.”

The resolution still has to pass the House before it’s sent to the Governor for his signature.  The bill doesn’t have a price tag attached to it for the costs of the research, education, and prevention programs.
