Amelia Collins, Miss Scenic City, has a new title – and a crown to go with it.
Collins was named the winner of the 2021 Miss Tennessee Volunteer Scholarship Pageant at the Carl Perkins Civic Center, Saturday.
The winner of a $15,000 scholarship, Collins will represent Gov. Bill Lee as the official spokesperson for character education in Tennessee schools, and will represent Tennessee in the Miss Volunteer America Pageant, which will be held in Jackson, May 2022.
1st runnerup – Miss Knoxville Kelsi Walters, was awarded an $8,000 scholarship
2nd runnerup – Miss Austin Peay, Noelle Thompson, $5,000
3rd runnerup – Miss Madison County, Katie Hodges $4,000
4th runnerup -Miss Chattanooga, Elise Stein, 4th runnerup, $2,000
