An opening date has not been announced, but construction nears completion on Landmark Market – a convenience store – with eight fuel pumps – at the southwest corner of 1819 U.S. Highway 45 Bypass and Old Hickory Boulevard. 

Approximately one-half of the building will be dedicated to a convenience store with non-convenience store businesses occupying the remainder of the facility.

A former convenience store at the location – Goldline – was destroyed by fire in May 2021, and the building was demolished in January 2023.
