Property located at 191 Vann Drive was approved for commercial development by the Jackson City Council during their monthly meeting at City Hall, Tuesday.

“We’re excited about the opportunity this rezoning brings, not just for our project, but for Jackson as a whole,” Alex Hollman said. “Our goal is to create a development that adds value to the community, attracts high-quality businesses, and contributes to the continued growth in Jackson.”

Alex Hollman, a contractor and real estate developer, and Collin Miller, a contractor, facilitated the project.

Original plans for the 5.03-acre development call for a walkable community – residential and retail.
