Beer Board approves permits for 2 special occasions, 4 businesses during monthly meeting

The Jackson Beer Board approved permits for two special occasions, and four businesses during their monthly meeting at City Hall, Tuesday.

 

Special Occasion permits were issued to –

 

Randy Hall, for an known as Jacob Barker Music Fest, to sell, store, and serve on October 3-4, 2025, at the West Tennessee Farmers’ Market/AMP.

 

Julanne Stone, for an event known as Wing-fest 2025, to sell, store, and serve on October 25, 2025, on West Baltimore Street-Hub City Brewery.

 

Business permits were issued to –

 

Zachary Melton, for a business known as Vicari Italian Grill –  corner of West Forest Avenue and Lambuth Boulevard, for selling, storing, and serving on the premises where it is sold.

 

Harshil Patel, for a business known as Smoke Shop, at 721 South Hickory Boulevard, for selling, storing, and distributing for consumption off the premises.

 

Harshil Patel, for a second business known as Tobacco Place II, at 1660 South Highland Avenue, for selling, storing, and distributing for consumption off the premises.

 

Kristina Norton for business known as Homewood Suites by Hilton Jackson, at 33 Capital Avenue, for selling, storing, and serving beer in a hotel.

 

Michael Smith, Casey’s General Store, 4407- 2990 Ridgecrest Road, was issued a permit due to a change in management.
