An opening date has not been announced, but construction continues on a new McDonald’s restaurant at 3205 North Highland Avenue, near Kroger on West University Parkway.
The building – located on 1.17 acres – will consist of 3,694-square-feet, and offer 37 parking spaces.
The newest McDonald’s becomes the sixth in Jackson, joining restaurants at 1915 N. Highland Ave., 1705 S. Highland Ave., 16 Stonebrook Place, 20 Chloe Place and 1918 U.S. Highway 45 Bypass.

It will cause traffic congestion in the area. I do not like McDonalds.
Please tell me Taco Bell, Burger King and Subway won’t be far behind .
