Gateway Properties, L.P., a Mississippi limited partnership, has sold 817 Vann Drive, to Ram Express Incorporated of Jackson.

The 12,000-square-foot facility sold for $1,150,000.

Gateway Tire & Service Center opened at it new location – 3217 Highway 45 Frontage Road – at the southwest corner of U.S. Highway 45 Bypass and Old Humboldt Road, Tuesday, August 5.
