Transform Community Operations For Local Governments
August 28 @ 12:30 pm - 3:30 pm

Local governments in West Tennessee are invited to a free workshop on Thursday, August 28 at 12:30 pm at SWTDD to discover how My Government Online (MGO) can streamline operations, reduce costs, and eliminate wasteful software bundling Attendees will meet with MGO leaders, explore available modules, and discover potential savings.
The event is for city and county administrators; department heads (public works, planning, finance, police, fire, parks); IT staff and budget managers; elected officials; and staff involved in permitting, licensing, or asset management. It will be helpful to those currently using other software solutions and to those exploring options for the first time. Attendees will have an opportunity to compare capabilities and costs in a no-pressure environment.
Developed specifically to address the unique needs of local government and to only provide the modules a community needs or wants, MGO’s comprehensive platform offers:
• No upfront costs – pay only for what you use
• Affordable monthly pricing with no hidden fees
• A modular approach – select only tools your community needs
• Unlimited custom reporting capabilities
• Integrated platform covering permitting, inspections, assets, and public works
SWTDD visited MGO’s development site at the Louisiana South Central Planning and Development Commission and interviewed users across multiple departments – from public works and permitting to finance, police, fire, parks, and elected officials. All praised MGO’s user-friendly interface and simplicity, customizable modules tailored to their needs, significant fiscal savings, and exceptional ongoing support.
