U.S. Marshals arrest convicted West Tennessee bank robber for violation of supervised release

Memphis, TN – On May 29, 2025, the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) arrested Jeffrey Traywick, 59, for Violation of Supervised Release in connection to a West Tennessee bank robbery conviction.

On January 29, 2014, Traywick was convicted in federal court for robbing a bank on June 28, 2013, in Brownsville, Tennessee.

Upon his conviction, Traywick was sentenced to 140 months in federal prison. After serving his sentence, he was released from prison and placed on supervised release.

He subsequently violated the conditions of release, and a warrant was issued for his arrest.

The USMS Two Rivers Violent Fugitive Task tracked Traywick to an address in the 2300 block of Elvis Presley Boulevard in Memphis. Deputy marshals and task force officers took him into custody.
