West Tennessee Healthcare announced a new collaboration between its multi-specialty medical clinic – West Tennessee Medical Group and Prime Care Medical Center.
The announcement was made when the West Tennessee Healthcare Board of Trustees held its February meeting Tuesday at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.
Prime Care, which has 14 providers and 80 employees, is located individual locations in Adamsville, 710 E. Main St., and 270 E. Court Square in Selmer.
Prime Care has three locations in Henderson – 420 White Ave., 426 White Ave., and 431 Hill Ave.
Patients of Prime Care will continue to see their same provider at their same convenient location,” said Darrell King, vice-president, West Tennessee Medical Group. “West Tennessee Healthcare is excited for the opportunity to work alongside the highly skilled team of providers and employees of Prime Care who share our mission of providing exceptional care to its patients.”
The acquisition includes real property, furniture, fixtures, diagnostic imaging and testing equipment, therapeutic and treatment equipment and a pharmacy at a cost of $7,345,000.
