Look for Zaxby’s Restaurant to open in mid- to late March at 1543 S. Highland Ave.
The location – once home to Super D Drug Store – will be Zaxby’s third in Jackson.
Zaxby’s has restaurants at 1155 Vann Drive and 222 Oil Well Road.
According to company officials, the restaurant will have seating for about 70, and will hire about 60 new employees.
Dimension Construction Inc. in Memphis is building the new facility.
