JACKSON Tenn (January 12, 2017), by @Keith Sherley – The United States Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) executed search warrants on Preventagenix Medical Clinic, operated by nurse practitioner Jeff Young II. Â The search warrants were ordered by the US Attorney’s Office. According to authorities, the raid is part of an ongoing investigation by the US Attorney’s lead by the DEA.
While on the scene agents could be observed removing property in boxes from the business. Â The multi-jurisdictional task force included agents from the Tennessee Highway Patrol Swat Team, DEA, and Treasury Agents. Â Officers were also assisted by deputies from the Madison County Sheriff’s Office.
Agents conducted a simultaneous raid and search at the residence of Jeff Young II in north Jackson.
THP SWAT Team surrounded the building and entered the clinic quickly. Â According to witnesses, who did not want to be named, the agents entered the door very suddenly, everyone in the building was ordered to either lie on the floor or raise their hands. Â Searches were conducted and everyone who spoke to 101.5 FM said they were questioned.
No charges have been filed in this investigation.

DEVELOPING NEWS STORY: January 11, 2017, Wednesday 8:30 PM – In an unrelated investigation, Preventagenix Nurse Practitioner, Jeff Young II, has been taken into custody and is being held at the Madison County CJC waiting to be picked up and transported to another county.
The hold is for unknown charges, sources say the warrant is out of Shelby County / Memphis TN.
