JACKSON, Tenn. - 19-year-old Darius Trevon Currie is charged with 11 counts including theft, burglary and drug charges. Currie is accuses of breaking into multiple vehicles. Currie is accused of stealing debit cards, weapons, and electronics from vehicles in north Jackson including Northwyke Drive, and Doubletree Cove. Authorities say all of the victims left their vehicles unlocked. Police say to remember Lock It, Hide It, Take It. Remember to take your valuables and don't leave your vehicle open. The investigation is ongoing and authorities say Currie may be responsible for more break-ins and could face more charges. Currie is being held at the Madison County Jail in lieu of $40,000 bond.
