JACKSON, Tenn. – Urshawn Miller returned to court Monday. Miller is
charged with killing Ahmad Dhalaia, convenience store clerk, on Nov. 25 at the Bull Market on Hollywood Drive.
Monday was Miller’s plea cutoff date but the Judge reset it to give more time for plea negotiations between the parties.The prosecutor informed Judge Don Allen he had spoken to Miller’s attorney
about a possible plea resolution agreement to the case. Unshaven Miller is represented by the
Public Defender’s office.Miller is charged with multiple counts including first-degree
murder in the perpetration of a felony.Miller remains in custody at the Madison County Jail without bond.
