1 Special Occasion, 3 Business Permits Approved During Beer Board Meeting

The Jackson Beer Board approved permits for one special occasion and three businesses during its February meeting at City Hall, Tuesday.

Madaline Hudson was approved for a special occasion permit for a fundraiser known as the West Tennessee Area Council of Scouting America ‘Sneakin’ Out for Scouting,’ which will be held from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., March 1, at St. Mary’s, 1665 U.S. Highway 45 Bypass.

Saurin L. Patel was approved for a business permit for Chester Food Mart, 1430 East Chester Street, for selling, storing, and distributing for consumption off the premises.

Scott Mills and Mark Singleton were approved for a business permit for Two Country Boys LLC, 1450 South Highland Avenue, for selling, storing, and serving on the premises where sold.

Tiffany Wallace, new manager of Longhorn Steakhouse, 681 Vann Drive, was approved for a business permit.
