Motorists are urged to try and avoid North Highland Avenue – southbound lanes from Sycamore Street to Dr. Martin Luther King Drive, East Chester Street, two lanes from South Church Street to South Highland Avenue and the U.S. Highway 45 Bypass – one lane from State Street to South Highland Avenue.
Road closures are for milling and repair work.
