The consideration of a request to rezone property located at the southwest corner of Garland Drive and Highway 45 Bypass Frontage Road has been approved by the Jackson Municipal Regional Planning Commission.
Comprising of 7.6 acres, the plan was submitted by Buchanan Realty Group on behalf of West Tennessee Healthcare, Incorporated.
The proposal is to accommodate a 40,835-square-foot commercial use building, with an additional two proposed 2,279-square-foot quick service restaurants.
