From the Madison County Sheriff’s Office –

Madison County, TN – At approximately 9:54 a.m., today, the Madison County Sheriff’s Office was notified of a motor vehicle collision involving two vehicles with injuries in the 2700 block of Harts Bridge Road.

Personnel from the Madison County Sheriff’s Office, Madison County Fire Department, and Emergency Medical Services swiftly responded to the scene. Upon arrival, first responders rendered first aid.

Tragically, one of the drivers was determined to be deceased at the scene as a result of the collision.

Preliminary investigations indicate that the crash was a head-on collision between the two vehicles on Harts Bridge Road. A reconstructionist from the Madison County Sheriff’s Office, with the assistance of the Tennessee Highway Patrol, is conducting a thorough investigation into the incident.
