The owners of Perkins Motor Plex have purchased the property of its dealership in Jackson at 1517 Vann Drive for $1,660,000.

Laminin Holdings Tennessee LLC purchased the property from Columns Development Partners TP.

Perkins Auto Plex opened its Jackson location in August 2017.

The company opened its first dealership in 2001 in Mayfield, Ky., and is also located in Murray and Paducah in Kentucky – Nashville, Franklin and Madison, which is north of Nashville.
