Highlights from the November 2023 Labor Force Estimates:
- The Seasonally Adjusted Unemployment Rate for Tennessee increased to 3.5% from last month’s 3.3%.
- During the same time period, the Seasonally Adjusted Unemployment Rate for the United States decreased to 3.7 from last month’s 3.9.
- The unemployment rate decreased in 89 counties, increased in 3 counties, and remained the same in 3 counties.
- Moore County had the lowest unemployment rate at 2.4 percent. Perry County had the highest unemployment rate at 5.3 percent.
