If you caught the NFL telecast of the Las Vegas Raiders at Kansas City Chiefs on Christmas Day, you might have noticed two people – one a coach, the other a player – with Jackson ties involved.
Jackson native Bo Hardegree is the interim offensive coordinator of the Raiders.
He graduated from Jackson Central-Merry High School.
Trey Smith, a 2017 graduate from the University School of Jackson, is an offensive lineman with the Kansas City Chiefs.
A resident of Three Way, Smith was a member of the LVII Super Bowl Champions.
