Panthers end season with state title, No. 1 ranking in 101.5 FM area high school football coaches’ poll

The only area high school football to win a 2023 state championship ends its season as Grace Media Group’s WNWS.COM Baker’s Dozen weekly area high school football coaches’ poll.

Decatur County Riverside High School defeated East Robertson 13-7 to win the 2A state title at Finley Stadium in Chattanooga, Saturday.

McKenzie, who won the 1A state title in 2022, fell to South Pittsburg, 14-7, Friday, in Chattanooga.
