The property that is home to Arby’s restaurant, 219 Parkstone Place in Park Place East, has been sold.

TRM 11 LLC purchased the property, which includes the 2,400-square-foot restaurant located on .73 acres,  from BRG Development – Brandon Buchanan – for $1,365,000.

The location is one of four Arby’s has in Jackson.

Besides 219 Parkstone Place East, Arby’s is also located at 601 Old Hickory Blvd., 208 Stonebrook Place, and 1984 South Highland Avenue.

The South Highland location open January 31, 2022.

Less than five weeks later, Lucky’s Pizza Huts LLC, purchased the property from BC North Partners for $1,555,555.
