The Alzheimer’s Association is gearing up to host the Walk to End Alzheimer’s in Jackson on Saturday, Oct. 7. The walk will be held at the Ballpark at Jackson and registration will begin at 8 a.m., with the walk beginning at 9 a.m.
The walk supports the 120,000 Tennesseans living with Alzheimer’s and their 367,000 caregivers.
There is no registration fee for the walk, however, participants are encouraged to make a personal donation and commit to raising funds in the fight against Alzheimer’s.
WNWS 101.5 News/Talk has partnered with the Walk to End Alzheimer’s, committing to not only raise awareness but raise funds and create a walk team.
