JACKSON, Tennessee – Union University’s Gray Campbell was named the Gulf South Conference Men’s Golfer of the Week, and Trace Robinson was selected GSC Men’s Freshman of the Week.

According to a press release from Steven Aldridge – Union’s Associate Director of Athletics – this is Campbell’s first GSC Golfer of the Week honor, as well as Robinson’s first GSC Freshman of the Week honor.

Campbell, a 5-foot-8 junior from Humboldt, Tenn., won his first collegiate tournament with a medalist finish at the Full Moon Invitational this week hosted by the University of Montevallo. He posted scores of 65 and 69 for a two-round total of 134, 8-under par.

Robinson, a 6-foot freshman from Jackson, Tenn., finished T4 and 1-under par with an overall score of 141 (71, 70) in the Full Moon Invitational.
