The Jackson Beer Board levied a fine of $1,500 and suspended the beer license at Pregame Sports Bar, 1869 U.S. Highway 45 Bypass for 30 days during a show cause hearing at City Hall, Tuesday.
The 30-day suspension will be lifted if the fine is paid within a period of seven days.
Pregame, owned by Crysta Hardiman, closes at 5 a.m., was cited because of a city ordinance, which does not allow alcohol sales after 3 a.m., daily.
After arriving at Pregame, officers – looking through a window – observed three servers selling beer at 3:35 a.m., May 21.
