After a four-year absence, baseball returns to the Ballpark at Jackson at 7 p.m., today.

The Jackson Rockabillys, members of the Prospect League, play their home opener when they entertain the Cape (Girardeau, Missouri) Catfish.

The Rockabillys roster consists of 34 players from 22 different universities and colleges.

The first 3,000 fans will receive a commemorative keepsake Opening Night ticket.

Gates open at 6 p.m., and the first 3,000 fans will also receive a magnetic schedule compliments of Joey Miller Conner Real Estate.

The Rockabillys (0-2) opened the season on the road in Marion, Illinois against the Thrillville Thrillbillies, Wednesday and Thursday.
