Dynamix Physical Therapy has just opened its 15th clinic in West Tennessee, serving the community of Somerville with the most elite physical therapy and sports medicine services under the direction of Dean Clouse, PT, DPT.
Clouse joined the military before he pursued a career in physical therapy. His experience in the U.S. Air Force as a Security Forces Officer from 2008-2012 gave him leadership skills that he still uses today.
Once he left the military, he attended Tennessee Tech University and received his degree in exercise science, physical education and wellness before attending the University of Tennessee Health Science Center for PT school. Clouse graduated from UTHSC in 2017. He worked in outpatient orthopedics and opened his own practice in 2019 before selling it in 2020. Clouse joined the Dynamix team in summer 2022.
When choosing where the next Dynamix clinic goes, the leadership team finds the person within the organization who is invested in their community and wants to offer the best physical therapy services in town.
“Somerville had been on our radar for a while, but we just needed to find the right person to lead a clinic in that community,” said Russ Huffstetler, co-founder of Dynamix. “With Dean’s experience as both a PT and a business owner, and the fact that he is invested in the community of Somerville, we are confident he will lead Dynamix of Somerville to success.”
Clouse is excited to be back home to serve his community as clinic director of Dynamix of Somerville.
“I am looking forward to bringing the best physical therapy practice in West Tennessee to my community and having the opportunity to serve those who need us,” Clouse said, “Community members of Somerville and Fayette County now have a world-class option for physical therapy right at home without having to travel far.”
Dynamix of Somerville opened its doors on Thurs., May 18, 2023 and will have a ribbon cutting ceremony soon.
