From the Jackson Police Department –

Officers with the Jackson Police Department are investigating a shooting in the 100 Block of Allen Avenue.

At approximately 8:06 p.m., to a shots fired call.

Upon arrival, officers located a male victim, who was transported by EMS to a local hospital.

This is an ongoing investigation.
