Management could not be reached for comment, but property once home to the Old Hickory Steak House and the Village Inn Pizza Parlor has been sold.
Tom Ifantis and Robin R Ifantis have sold 624 Old Hickory Boulevard to Amer Al Jafarie, Siham Al Jafari and Abdelhakim Elayan for $300,000.
The Old Hickory Steak House was destroyed by fire in November 2021, and the structure was demolished, July 18, 2022.
Locals will remember when Village Inn Pizza Parlor became a Jackson landmark at the location.
Village Inn – which opened in 1969 – was a fixture at 624 Old Hickory Blvd., until it closed September 30, 2007.
