Pretzelmaker, a chain of independently owned and operated franchised stores that specializes in hand-rolled pretzels, smoothies and cold beverages, is scheduled to open in early April at 25 Stonebrook Place in West Towne Commons, next door to Kroger.
Besides pretzels, the Jackson location will offer cookies, smoothies, ice cream, milk shakes, wings and pizza.
The restaurant will offer seating for approximately 40 visitors, and employ 10 people.
Pretzelmaker was founded in 1991, and corporate headquarters are located in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
