Walmart, 2196 Emporium Drive, has reopened.

The Jackson Police Department is investigating a report of a stabbing that occurred inside Walmart North, 2196 Emporium Drive, at approximately 7:48 a.m., Wednesday.
When officers arrived it was determined that an employee of Walmart was injured.
He was taken transported to a local hospital and is being treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
A male suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Criminal Justice Complex.
This is an ongoing investigation and further information will be released at a later time.
