Construction continues on a new apartment complex at Shadow Creek West on Murray Guard Drive.

The plan is for five phases – Phase 1 will consist of 48 units and the club house, scheduled to open around June 1.

Overall the complex will consist of 10 apartment buildings – one-and-two bedrooms – and a clubhouse located on a 12.7-acre lot.

Each of the apartment buildings will be three stories in height.

There will be a total of 240 apartment units, which will comply with yard, lot coverage and height requirements.

Shadow Creek West will offer 380 parking spaces.
