One person is dead and one person is in custody following a domestic related shooting at a home on Harpeth Drive, Monday.

Officers from the Madison County Sheriff’s Department responded to the shooting at approximately 6:30 p.m., at the residence located off Parker Drive in north Jackson.

The victim in the shooting was not a resident of Madison County.
