Arrow Athletics acquires Yolo Bungee; moves low impact, high intensity program to 2715 Bells Highway

After acquiring Yolo Bungee,  Arrow Athletics has moved the low impact, high intensity workout program to its 2715 Bells Highway location.

Bungee just might be for anyone with joint pain or injuries such as ankle, knee, and back issues as well as anyone who just wants a fun new way to workout.

In a 30 minute intermediate workout you will burn as many calories as a two hour workout in a traditional gym.

Alissa Maness, who co-owns Arrow Athletics, said one her coaches at Arrow said the ‘acquisition means it keeps one more small business alive.’

“One bungee studio in Jackson already closed this year and Yolo was a week away from closing when we acquired them,” Alissa said, “For Arrow members and Bungee enthusiasts, it means that we have another option to exercise and be healthy.

“Bungee is so much fun, and we have lowered the cost for bungee classes to help the community take part in this exciting fitness program.”

Alissa said the 2715 Bells Highway location houses all its adult fitness programs as opposed to the facility at 4450 U.S. Highway 45 North, which houses mainly all children’s activities.

Yolo Bungee is the sixth acquisition Arrow Athletics has made in the last four years.
