University School of Jackson senior midfielder Betha Pucek and senior goalie Lilly Kate Varino signed to play soccer for the University of Tennessee Chattanooga Mocs, today.
Pucek and Varino have been a dynamic part of the USJ Soccer program. Leading the Lady Bruins to career record of 72-15 during their tenure which saw four District Championships, two Region Championships, and two State Championship wins.
Lilly Kate Varino offered up an impressive 42 shutouts in 86 games. Along with being named on the All District Team, All Region Team, and the All State Team twice.
Betha Pucek will leave the Lady Bruins as the all time leader in assists with a total of 86 assists and 54 goals. Betha racked up a total of 194 career points over her four years with the Lady Bruins. She was named to the All District team four times, the All Region team three times , and the All State team three times.
