The University School of Jackson’s annual multi-day Holiday Mart opened for business at the Carl Perkins Civic Center, 400 S. Highland Ave., today.

The mart features gifts, clothing and accessories, holiday and home decorative items.

It is the school’s largest fundraiser.

Traditionally held the weekend before Thanksgiving, Holiday Mart attracts approximately 10,000 people to the Civic Center to shop, enjoy a variety of foods, and get in the holiday spirit.

The 2022 Holiday Mart opened with a Preview Party on Thursday, November 17, and will feature a special Sip n’ Shop event Friday evening between 6:30 p.m. and 9 p.m.
