Pam Henley Fisher, who has been with West Tennessee Healthcare for over 24 years, was named the organization’s employee of the month for November.
A discharge planner in the Jackson-Madison County General Hospital Care Management department, Pam was presented the award when the West Tennessee Healthcare Board of Trustees held their monthly meeting at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital, Friday.
The award was presented by WTH Vice President – Jackie Taylor, MD, EVP/CPE, and Debbie Ashworth, director, Case Management.
According to a press release from Amy Garner – Chief Compliance & Communications Officer – “Pam’s coworkers say she volunteers to take calls, she doesn’t leave work until after everyone else, and she drives an hour to and from work all with a smile on her face.
“She is a major asset to her team and the hospital. We are so thankful to have Pam as an advocate!
“Congratulations!”
