The hotel building boom in Jackson-Madison County continues.
The Jackson Municipal Planning Commission approved a consideration of a site plan for WoodSpring Suites, which will be located at 19 Bink Drive – 2939 Ridgecrest Road Extended – in Park Place West.
Located on 2.46 acres, the 13,120 square foot hotel will offer 122 rooms and 131 parking spaces.
The proposal for the new facility was submitted by Clay Williams & Associates on behalf of the Omega Hotel Group.
According to its website, WoodSpring Suites offers
