Commercial property on Hospital Blvd. sells for $2.9 million plus

Commercial property at 395 Hospital Blvd., has sold for $2,970,000.

Halltown Farms LLC purchased the facility from HB Medical Holdings.

The property is occupied by West Tennessee Medical Group GYN Specialists.

Attempts to reach Halltown Farms and HB Medical Holdings were not successful.
