JACKSON, Tenn. — Man charged with touching underage girl, asking her for sex was in city court.
Marcus Dewayne Miller is accused of inappropriately touching an underage female and asking her for sex. According to the victim, Miller would wake her up at night touching her. Police say Miller admitted to investigators that he touched the 13-year-old female on different occasions while she was sleeping and according to an affidavit he also asked her for sex, .
Marcus Miller is charged with sexual battery and solicitation of a minor.
