Details are limited, but the 4,640 square foot building at 1110 Vann Drive is scheduled to be demolished to make way for a new car wash.
Wash Town, a locally owned and family-managed car wash with over 20 years of experience washing cars is scheduled to open this fall at the location in The Columns.
Wash Town uses a 130-foot-state-of-the-art tunnel car wash, and all washes feature free vacuums (30!) + microfiber towels and free glass cleaner for your windshield.
The location is the former home of West Alley Bar-B-Q & Smoke House, which closed in March 2021.
Casa Adobe Restaurante occupied the facility before West Alley, but closed in June 2018.
