He has a violent history including prior arrests for Weapons violations, assault, and meth manufacturing. He is believed to be in Henderson or Carroll County.

Authorities are offering a cash reward for information which leads to his arrest.

Salyers was last seen in the area of Rock Creek Rd in Henderson County.
