JACKSON, Tenn. — A wrongful death lawsuit has been filed against Markarious Searchy, 18, and Jordan Bailey, 18, after the death of Thomas “Jay” Hogan and his wife, Julia.

Attorney Mark Donahoe filed the lawsuit on Friday September 18th on behalf of Jay Hogan’s 6- and 12-year-old sons. The lawsuit alledges Markarious Searchy and Jordan Bailey appeared to be racing along Vann Drive when the accident occurred. Searchy’s car hit the Hogans’ car.

Thomas and Julia Hogan were killed in July when they were involved in a car crash that took place in Vann Drive.
